Bulls-Hawks (Game 4): Three tough calls/no-calls for Bulls fans

Here are three calls/no-calls from the Chicago-Atlanta game Sunday night that could have had a bearing on the outcome of the game. The Hawks won to even up the series 2-2.

I love how after the game, Salvatore apologized and said that he didn’t mean to blow the whistle at the time but after watching the tape he should have called it a foul. I guess he should start trusting his whistle more. ;P

Salvatore clearly didn’t know the rule. He wanted to give the ball back to Chicago and Crawford stepped in and advised him that it was a jump ball because the ball was not in possession of Chicago when the whistle blew. If Salvatore knew the rule he would have stayed with the call and saved all the trouble. Bottom line is the foul was missed.Tim Donaghy800-308-9003
